Football season is here and our Friday evenings will be spent at James' games! Check out #22. He is a Junior this year and we are looking forward to watching him play...go Hornets!!!

This was hilarious...the game called for Stacy "the bride" to be blindfolded and all the guys to be lined up. Stacy then had to examine the contestants from the knees down and guess which of them was her groom. Turns out the guy she chose was her cousin, not Michael! It was very entertaining to watch

My mom took off work today to check out the land and help me set up my classroom, thanks mom! It was a huge help having you there to help me...it was a good day :)
Since my uncle Duane works for CPS we called him to get his expertise on utility matters. He was nice enough to come out to the land and get us on our way to electricity! This was his second trip out to the land, today he brought with him a coworker and we were able to stake pole locations and get an estimate for the work. Thank you so much Uncle Duane for you help! We truly appreciate it. 
It doesn't get much more country than this!
